Fanz 4 Freaks LLC ("Fanz 4 Freaks," "F4F," "we," "us") hosts lifestyle parties and social nights for adults 21 and older in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. This policy covers fanz4freaks.com, our shop, the LustLetter, our event pages and our events.

Our privacy promise

Cameras stay off the floor at every event, and we don't post photos of guests without their clear permission.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and city when you fill out a form, buy a ticket, RSVP or apply to the Freak Squad.
• Questionnaire answers: if you sign up for Mutuals or another matched event, your answers about who you are (for example, couple or single) and who you'd like to meet.
• Applications and messages: your Freak Squad application, social media handle, and anything you write to us.
• Orders: your shipping address and order details when you shop with us.
• Payments: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

At our events

We check a valid photo ID at the door to confirm every guest is 21 or older. We only look at it; we do not scan, copy or keep your ID. Venues we partner with may have their own entry procedures.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, our website platform and analytics tools collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, IP address, the pages you view and how you got to us. This is collected using cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

• Run our events, manage tickets, RSVPs and guest lists, and keep each room balanced.
• Match guests for Mutuals and other matched events.
• Send the LustLetter and event announcements to people who signed up for them.
• Answer your messages and review Freak Squad applications.
• Process and ship shop orders.
• Keep our events, site and guests safe, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
• Understand what's working on our site so we can make it better.

Who we share it with

We only share information when it's needed to run Fanz 4 Freaks:

• Service providers that run our website, email, forms, ticketing and payments for us, and our print and fulfillment partner that makes and ships shop orders. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Event venues and door staff, limited to what they need to check you in, such as the name on a guest list.
• Legal reasons, if we're required to by law or need to protect the safety of our guests, staff or business.
• A business change, such as a merger or sale, where the new owner would be bound by this policy.

Freak Squad members see sales made with their own code, not the personal details of the guests who used it.

Emails and texts

You'll only get the LustLetter and our marketing emails if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

If you give us your phone number, we use it to reach you about a ticket, RSVP, order or application. We will only send marketing texts if you've agreed to receive them, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies

Cookies help our site work, remember your cart and show us which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the shop, may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

We use reputable platforms with industry-standard security and limit access to our hosts and the people who help run our events. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think something is wrong.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.

Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's you before acting on a request. Residents of some states, including Connecticut and New Jersey, have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor them. We will never treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

Adults only

Fanz 4 Freaks is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it.

Other sites

Our site links to other services, like Instagram and the pages where you buy tickets or take our questionnaire. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Fanz 4 Freaks grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll let LustLetter subscribers know.
