Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to fanz4freaks.com, our shop, the LustLetter, our event pages and every Fanz 4 Freaks event. By using our site, buying a ticket, RSVPing, placing an order or attending an event, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or attend our events.

21 and older only

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site, sign up for the LustLetter, buy tickets or attend an event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door of every event, with no exceptions. Anyone who can't show valid ID will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.

Events, tickets and RSVPs

• Pricing: prices and entry details are listed on each event page and may differ by guest category (for example, couples, single women and single men).
• Ticketing: tickets are sold through Eventbrite, our ticketing partner. Eventbrite's terms apply to your purchase, and any service fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Capped categories: we limit tickets by category to keep each room balanced. When a category sells out, it's closed.
• RSVP events: some events are RSVP-only with payment collected at the door. An RSVP holds your spot but does not guarantee entry if you arrive after the event reaches capacity.
• Refunds: all ticket sales are final. If we cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund or a credit toward a future event, your choice.
• Transfers: if you can't make it, email us at least 48 hours before the event and we'll try to transfer your ticket to another guest in the same category.
• Changes: we may need to change an event's date, time, venue or lineup. If a change is significant and you can no longer attend, contact us and we'll work it out with you.
• Venue rules: many of our events are hosted at partner venues. Their rules and policies apply in addition to ours.

House rules and conduct

Our House Rules are part of these terms. The short version:

• Consent comes first. Ask first. No means no, and maybe means no. Nobody touches anyone without permission.
• No cameras. No photos, video or recording on the floor or in any play area.
• Respect everyone. Harassment, discrimination, pressure or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Drink responsibly. Follow the venue's alcohol policy. Guests who are visibly intoxicated may be refused entry or asked to leave.
• Follow our hosts and venue staff. They're there to keep the night safe.

We may refuse entry to anyone, or remove anyone from an event, who breaks these rules or makes other guests feel unsafe. Removed guests are not entitled to a refund and may be banned from future events.

Discretion

Our guests trust each other to keep what happens at an event private. You agree not to identify, photograph, record, share or post about other guests without their clear permission, during or after an event.

Your choices and personal responsibility

Our events are for consenting adults. You're responsible for your own decisions, your own health and safety, and your interactions with other guests, including any sexual activity at events where it's permitted. Please take care of yourself and the people you're with.

Matched events like Mutuals use your questionnaire answers to make introductions. We do our best to make good matches, but we can't guarantee you'll match with anyone or how any connection will go.

The Freak Squad

Freak Squad members are independent brand ambassadors, not employees or agents of Fanz 4 Freaks. Perks, ticket revenue splits and codes are described in the program details each member receives and may change over time. We can approve or decline applications, and end a membership, at our discretion.

Shop orders

• Most items are printed to order and ship from our fulfillment partner. Processing and shipping times are shown at checkout and are estimates.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you.

The LustLetter

When you join the LustLetter, you agree to receive emails from us about events, early ticket access and drops. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Our content

The Fanz 4 Freaks name, logo, website, designs, merch artwork and content belong to Fanz 4 Freaks LLC. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything, but we will never publish your name or identity without your permission.

Other services

We use outside services for ticketing, payments, forms and order fulfillment, and we link to sites like Instagram. We aren't responsible for those services, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

Our site, shop and events are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fanz 4 Freaks and its owners, hosts, partners and venues are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss, injury or harm arising from your use of our site, your attendance at an event, or your interactions with other guests. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the ticket or order involved.

You agree to cover Fanz 4 Freaks for any claims or costs that result from your breaking these terms or the house rules.

Some states don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our site or attend events after an update means you accept the new terms.
