Fanz 4 Freaks hosts play parties and social nights for couples, unicorns and the lifestyle-curious across New York City. We've thrown parties in all five boroughs, and every one runs on the same idea: a vetted guest list, a balanced room, and a night worth getting dressed up for.

Venues are private and shared with confirmed guests before the event. Tickets are capped by category, so couples, unicorns and bulls each have their own limit.

Two kinds of nights.
Play parties
Held at established NYC lifestyle clubs with private rooms, security and staff. Play is welcome but never expected, and consent comes first every time. RSVP online, pay at the door.
Social nights
Our Mutuals nights happen at regular bars and lounges. Everyone fills out a short questionnaire, and we seat you with people who match what you're looking for. Drinks and conversation only.

What is a lifestyle party?
A lifestyle party is an adults-only event for couples and singles who are open to swinging, swapping or meeting other open-minded people. Some are play parties at private clubs, and some are purely social. At every Fanz 4 Freaks event, nothing happens without clear consent.
Where are your NYC parties held?
At private venues around the city, including lifestyle clubs for play parties and bars or lounges for social nights. The exact location goes to confirmed guests before the event and is never posted publicly.
Who can come?
Adults 21 and over with a valid ID. Couples, single women (unicorns) and single men (bulls) are all welcome, with ticket caps by category to keep every room balanced.
Do I have to play?
No. Plenty of guests come to dance, drink and meet people. Our social nights don't include play at all, and at play parties "no" is always a complete answer.
How much are tickets?
Prices depend on the event and your category. You'll find them on each event's page.
